  • BAKED APPLE CHIPS, made by thinly slicing one apple tossing with a teaspoon each of sugar and cinnamon and baking a 120C for 1 hour 
  • TOASTED WHOLEMEAL CRUPET, drizzled with honey 
  • 15 SAKATA RICE CRACKERS, with salsa 
  • 1 CUP OF CARROT OR CELERY STICKS, with 1/2cup of light tzatziki

IF YOU’RE CRAVING SALTY
  • 1 PACKET OF ROASTED CHICKPEAS, lightly salted
  • 1 LARGE HARD BOILED EGG, with salt and pepper 
  • 4 DRIED DATES, sliced and stuffed with and almond
  • 1 SERVE OF VITAWEAT with low fat hummus dip 

IF YOU’RE CRAVING CREAMY
  • 1 TUB OF LOW FAT YOUGHURT, any flavor
  •  HOT CHOCOLATE, made with 1 cup of heated skim milk and 1 table spoon of low fat drinking chocolate
  • ½ SMALL WHOLEMEAL PITA, spread with 2 tablespoons of guacamole 

IF YOU’RE CRAVING SWEET
  • 1 SLICE OF WHOMEAL TOAST spread with 1 tablespoon of low fat ricotta and 1 teaspoon of berry jam
  •  1 SMALL TUB OF FROZEN YOGHURT, any flavor
  • ½ CUP OF STAWBERRIES dipped in chocolate – microwave, tablespoon of chocolate chips in 10 second increments until melted
